You don't have to be a fitness finatic to join in on the fun. These walks are scheduled monthly and are a real easy way to introducing exercise back into your life and creating a healthy routine. Each month we choose a different location and ensure we have access to a great local coffee spot. (We do what we can to support other small businesses as well)
We have found this to be a great way to socialise and network your business all at the same time. All you have to bring is yourself, family and friends and some business cards. Also feel free to recomend your favourite spot and we'll make sure to add this to our next walk schedule.
